Biography

New Jersey bred, Tom Maoli is the quintessential entrepreneur. When presented with an opportunity, Tom has never hesitated to allow his keen business sense to direct him. The result? Tom is one of New Jersey’s most successful and influential business leaders.

With considerable strategic real estate holdings throughout the state, and having built one of New Jersey’s leading and most respected automotive companies in just six short years, Tom continues to succeed in whatever he chooses to pursue.

Because of his love for entrepreneurship and risk takers, Tom is also committed to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. He has provided career advice to thousands of university students across the USA.

All of which has led to his newest venture, a talk radio show entitled, “Go Big or Go home.” The show’s aim is to help advise entrepreneurs, real-estate investors and mid-career executives looking to make a change and provide them with some of the best methods to achieve their goals while also managing risk.

Tom Maoli is also a generous philanthropist and civic activist, supporting numerous non-profit causes and organizations, such as Morristown Medical Center to Autism New Jersey.

His dealership is only one of 10 in the entire nation to be awarded the Lexus Circle of Excellence for Finance and Insurance. In 2013 and 2014, Maoli’s dealership won the Lexus Crown Jewel Award. In 2016 Maoli’s BMW dealership won the BMW Circle of Excellence Award which is only awarded to BMW’s top dealers in the USA.

  • 2016-2017 -- Tom Maoli donates Alnwick Hall (The Abbey) in Morristown to be the showcase residence for the Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center’s “Mansions in May” fundraiser. The estimated total of money raised will approach $2 million.
  • 2017 – Maoli sponsors Broadway legend Melba Moore’s appearance at a gala benefit for Autism New Jersey
  • 2017 – Tom Maoli donates $10,000 for the rebuilding of the Mendham strip mall after a fire destroyed a number of the stores
